The facilities, the location, the hot springs, the food, the massages, but especially, the warmth and professionalism of all the staff: Vero and Catalina at reception; Anlet, Felipe and Juan in the restaurant; Esteban at the bar; Alex, Felipe, Debora in kitchen; Vicky and Cindy at Spa; Cristian in the Ruca; Enzo and Vicente in the winery and barge; Catalina in cleaning, and all the others that we can't get to know.
